Michael Derosa

Michael Derosa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and board governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at Vantage Vehicle International, Inc. and ECORE International, Michael also holds the position of Managing Director at Salt Creek Capital and Element Partners. As a General Partner and Co-Founder of CommonWealth Equity Partners, Michael focuses on investments in companies aligned with the circular economy. Past board roles include Detechtion Technologies, TPI Composites, and TAS Energy, among others. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
