Randy Dobbs

Randy Dobbs serves as President and CEO of Sperry & Rice since June 2015, leading the company in engineering innovative rubber and plastics products for various industries including appliance, automotive, transportation, and construction. Additionally, Randy holds the position of Executive Partner at Salt Creek Capital, focusing on manufacturing companies in the lower middle market. Previously, Randy was President at BRD Capital, where the focus was on supporting small to medium-sized manufacturing entities, and held executive roles at Ludlow Composites and its sister company Mat Tech, overseeing operations and finances. Earlier career experiences include finance and operations roles at Avery Dennison and serving as Assistant Vice President at First of America Bank. Randy earned an MBA in Finance and a BS in Business/Managerial Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
