Peter Kim

Peter Kim is a seasoned talent acquisition leader currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at SALT Dental Partners since January 2024, where the focus is on enhancing legacy and community impact across over 150 dental practices and a workforce of more than 2,000 employees in 20 states. Previously, Peter held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at CoolSys and Smile Brands Inc., a major provider of dental support services with a presence in eighteen states and over 5,000 employees. Peter's earlier experiences include roles at Conexant Systems, Powerwave Technologies, Southern California Edison, Union Bank of California, and Washington Mutual, providing a robust background in recruitment and human resources. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
