Alex Gropper

Alexander Gropper is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Head of Structuring and QIS at Salt Financial since July 2023. Prior to this role, Gropper was the Head of Capital Markets Solutions at Market Synergy Group from June 2021 to July 2023. Gropper's extensive experience also includes serving as an Equity Derivatives Structuring Vice President at Credit Suisse and as an Equity Structuring Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Earlier in the career, Gropper co-managed and analyzed technology investments at the Marshal L. Salant Student Investment Team and completed internships at Morgan Stanley, Camden Partners, and HT Capital Advisors. Gropper holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University.
