Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst at SALT since June 2020, Muhammad oversees quality control and customer support departments, managing a team of seven. Prior experience at PT Infotech Solutions included roles as Manager of Application Product Support, Head of Quality Control and Assurance, Quality Assurance Tester, and System Developer, focusing on the quality of Gen21 BMS and CMS applications and ensuring high standards in testing and product releases. Muhammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitas Gunadarma, completed between 2001 and 2005.
