Andrew Smart

Andrew Smart is an experienced professional with a strong background in rehabilitation counseling and workforce development. Currently serving as a Network Support Administrator II at Salt Lake City Corporation since November 2013, Andrew previously held positions at the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation and the Department of Workforce Services, focusing on assisting individuals with disabilities and ex-offenders in obtaining sustainable employment. This work includes addressing underlying issues such as mental illness and substance abuse to facilitate successful community reintegration. Andrew also has experience in personal finance coaching, helping clients develop strategies for debt elimination and wealth creation. Academic credentials include a BA in Psychology with a Business Minor from Columbia College and an AS in General Education from Salt Lake Community College.
