Karolina Abuzyarova

Karolina Abuzyarova holds extensive experience in leadership and administrative roles across various sectors. Currently, Karolina serves as a Purchasing & Contract Management professional at Salt Lake City Corporation and as the Founding Director and Chief Executive Officer of Galapagos Senior Center. Previous positions include Covid-19 Grants Coordinator at the Utah Department of Health, where responsibilities involved grant management during the pandemic, and a volunteer in fundraising and international relations at the Charles Darwin Foundation and Directorate of Galapagos National Park, respectively. Additionally, Karolina coordinated the Utah WINGS and Guardianship Monitoring Program at Utah State Courts, focusing on protecting vulnerable adults, and conducted independent research on adult guardianship laws. Karolina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Elder Law from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Utah.
