Neil Bogaard is an experienced contracts and procurement professional with a diverse background in managing contract processes and strategies across multiple industries. Currently serving as City Contracts Administrator for Salt Lake City Corporation since July 2022, Bogaard oversees the city's contracting standards and the contract development staff.
