Taylor Holbrook

Taylor Holbrook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and program coordination. Currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst II at Salt Lake City Corporation since November 2018, Taylor manages department-wide systems and software. Concurrently, since July 2014, Taylor has been a Program Support Coordinator for the Salt Lake City Streets Division, where responsibilities include directing preventative maintenance programs and supervising work crews. Taylor's prior roles include GIS Manager for the Davis County Mosquito Abatement District, GIS Intern at both Salt Lake City Engineering Division and Salt Lake City Streets Division, and a position at Cushman & Wakefield Commerce focusing on map production and spatial analysis. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Utah.
