Alisi Niupalau

Alisi Niupalau currently serves as the Assistant Director in the Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs and previously held the role of Multicultural Student Success Coordinator at Salt Lake Community College since May 2018. Alisi’s responsibilities include effective communication with diverse individuals, providing excellent customer service, and conducting one-on-one consultations. Prior experience includes serving as a TRIO Programs Specialist, where expertise in higher education procedures, student support services, and case management was demonstrated. Alisi also worked as a College Access Adviser at the University of Utah from August 2015 to May 2018, developing outreach methods for first-generation and low-income students. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion, both from the University of Utah, along with an Associate’s degree from the College of San Mateo.
