Kristen Soelberg

Kristen Soelberg is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager for Salt Lake County since November 2021, where responsibilities include crafting messages from the mayor and developing internal communication plans for a workforce exceeding 7,000 employees. Prior experience includes serving as Internal Communications Manager at Younique Products, where strategic communication plans and training sessions for over 20,000 sales representatives were created. As a freelance writer, editor, and designer since 2012, Kristen has provided comprehensive editorial support across various projects. Previous roles also include editing and content development at FC Organizational Products LLC and serving as Editor-In-Chief at Criterion: A Journal for Literary Criticism. Kristen holds a Bachelor's Degree in English, Editing from Brigham Young University.
