Mark Garrison

Mark Garrison is an experienced Information Technology professional with a robust background in program management, software development, and engineering. Currently serving as the Information Technology Program Manager for Property Tax Systems at Salt Lake County since April 2017, Mark has successfully managed the conversion and implementation of a cloud-based property tax system. Prior to this, Mark co-founded ReviewNet Corporation, where for two decades as President, Mark developed IT skills assessment tools for employers. Mark's earlier career includes leadership roles at CDI Corporation, where multiple subsidiaries were managed, and a tenure at Andersen Consulting, focusing on system development for Fortune 500 companies. Mark holds an MBA in Operations Management and Computer Systems from the University of Rochester Simon Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
