Natali Dushin

Natali Dushin currently serves as the Head of FP&A at SALT Lending since September 2023. Previously, Natali held the position of Senior Manager in Digital Audit and Quality Control at EY Israel from May 2014 to February 2023, where responsibilities included leading digital transformation initiatives within the audit department and implementing technological tools such as SQL and Power BI. Earlier career experience includes managerial roles in High-Tech Assurance at EY, where oversight of complex auditing projects was critical, along with service as a Senior Associate at PwC, providing audit services across various industries. Natali began the professional journey at the National Insurance Institute of Israel, focusing on annual budgets and government tenders. Natali holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
