Salt River Fields at Talking Stick
Wally Goodline, MBA, has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Wally began their career in 2002 as a Coach/Counselor at the Dusty Baker Camp in Sacramento, California, where they helped teach kids the fundamentals of baseball alongside former Major League baseball players. Wally then went on to play professionally as an athlete in the Pecos League in 2010 and the Schaumburg Boomers in 2012. In 2013, Wally transitioned into the restaurant industry as an Assistant Manager at The Old Spaghetti Factory. Following this, they joined Salt River Fields at Talking Stick in 2014, initially as an Operations Intern and later becoming an Operations Coordinator. Currently, Wally holds the position of Director of Operations at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick.
Wally Goodline, MBA, began their education journey in 2006 by pursuing an Associate's degree in Meteorology at Santa Rosa Junior College. After completing their studies there in 2008, they continued their education at California State University, Los Angeles, focusing on Education. Wally then transferred to Iowa State University in 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies in 2012.
Salt River Fields at Talking Stick
Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) partnered with the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies to build the award-winning Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, which opened in 2011 as the first Major League Baseball Spring Training facility to be built on Indian land in the nation. Salt River Fields at Talking Stick includes an 11,000-seat capacity ballpark, a total of 12 practice fields and office buildings that include Major and Minor League clubhouses, training facilities, and offices for each team.
