Carol Hibbard

Carol Hibbard is an experienced environmental engineer currently working with the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community since August 2009. Previously, Carol Hibbard served as a Scientist III at Brown and Caldwell from February 2007 to August 2009, where project management in Environmental Services was a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Carol Hibbard held managerial and team leader positions in the Hazardous Waste Inspections and Compliance Unit at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality from September 2001 to February 2007. Carol Hibbard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resources Management from Arizona State University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
