Monika Smith

Monika Smith currently serves as the Director of Operations at SALT XC, where she manages day-to-day business operations, implements agency processes, and leads operational training. Prior to this role, she worked as the Director of Client Service & Operations at The Concierge Club and held various positions at Mosaic North America. Monika graduated from the University of Toronto Mississauga with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing, Economics, and Sociology.
