Natalie Festa

Natalie Festa, CPA, CA is the Director of Operations at SALT XC, where she led the transition and amalgamation after BRIKA was acquired by the company. She previously served as the Director of Operations and Finance at BRIKA, and as a Product Manager and Director of Operations at Sozie. Natalie also founded FAIR+SQUARE NPO, a nonprofit supporting talented women in East Africa, and co-founded Boro, a peer-to-peer marketplace for renting and lending clothing and accessories. Her professional experience includes roles at KPMG Canada, Fashion Takes Action, and Kauli. Natalie is currently pursuing a Graduate Degree in Management at Harvard University.
