Rachel Shelowitz

Rachel Shelowitz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beauty industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Saltair since June 2025. Previously, Rachel held the role of Chief Executive Officer and President at LAWLESS Beauty from 2020 to May 2025. Additional leadership positions include Global SVP/GM of LORAC at Markwins Beauty Brands Global in 2019, and fractional CMO for Good Dye Young in 2018. Rachel's impressive background also includes key marketing roles at Coty and L'Oréal, where strategies led to significant brand repositioning and growth. Rachel began a career in beauty with various roles, including positions at The Estée Lauder Companies and Saatchi & Saatchi. Rachel earned a B.A. in International Relations and Italian from the University of Southern California.
