Krista Williams

Krista Williams is an accomplished executive currently serving as President & CEO of Carlile Transportation and Chief Operating Officer of Saltchuk Logistics, with a diverse background in operations and process improvement. Krista's prior experience includes roles as Senior Process Improvement Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, where rapid process improvement workshops were led, and Program Director at Chances for Children, focusing on sustainable livelihood programs in Haiti. Krista's career also includes significant contributions at Toyota, where expertise in volume planning, risk management, and supplier development was applied to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. An alumnus of Seattle University and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Krista holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
