Pierre Johnson

Pierre Johnson is an experienced Regional Operations Manager and Executive Chef, with a background in various catering and hospitality companies. Pierre started as a Sous Chef at The Peninsula Hotels before moving up to Executive Chef roles at Latitude 45 Catering, Spectrums Catering and Concessions, and Zelda's Catering. Pierre holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America.
