Karina Stamburska

Karina Stamburska serves as the Head of Contracts and Operations at Salter Grange since December 2021, having previously held the role of Operations and Recruitment Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Fawkes & Reece from November 2017 to October 2021 as a Principal Consultant, specializing in recruitment for the construction industry. Karina began working at O’Neill & Brennan in January 2014, advancing from a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to a Senior Recruitment Consultant, contributing to the firm’s reputation as a leading service provider in the construction sector. Karina holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Tourism Management from the University of Plymouth and is pursuing a RECTC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice from the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
