Tess Ariotti

Tess Ariotti is a seasoned professional in sustainability and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as Lead Consultant at Salterbaxter, part of Publicis Groupe, since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Stakeholder Engagement at Westpac, Climate Change Lead at Allianz, and Head of Sustainability & Programs at WorkVentures, where Tess focused on integrating sustainability strategies and enhancing social impact. With a strong foundation in corporate social responsibility from a tenure at Samsung Electronics, Tess also held significant positions in community engagement and communications at Ausgrid and the Office of Environment and Heritage. Tess holds an MBA from Griffith University and is pursuing a Juris Doctor at RMIT Online, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
