Hadar Davidovitch

Hadar Davidovitch is the current VP of Engineering at Salto. Prior to their current position, Hadar served as the VP of HR at Teridion from February 2017 to March 2018 and at ravello systems from July 2015 to February 2017. At ravello systems, Hadar was responsible for leading all aspects of HR across the US, which included six sites. Hadar was also responsible for designing and executing new processes, drafting and implementing policies and benefit programs. In addition, Hadar served as a true business partner and coach to managers and execs to help them thrive and grow within the organization.

Hadar Davidovitch has a MA in Organizational Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a Co-Active coaching certification from The Coaches Training Institute, and a BA in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

They work with Roni Boteach - VP, HR, Oren Ariel - Field CTO, and Gil Hoffer - Co-Founder & CTO. Hadar Davidovitch reports to Rami Tamir, Co-Founder & CEO.
