Lyndsey Williams

Lyndsey Williams is a seasoned merchandising professional with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as a Senior Merchandiser at Saltrock since February 2017, Lyndsey oversees the merchandising team and enhances growth through effective stock management and commercial strategies. Previous roles include Merchandiser and Branch Merchandiser at Saltrock, where responsibilities spanned merchandise planning and performance analysis across over 60 retail stores. Lyndsey has also held positions at Cath Kidston, where contributions as an Allocation Team Leader and Senior Allocator refined the Allocation team’s structure and optimized stock levels for peak trading. Earlier experience includes roles at New Look as an Optimiser, Barratts Ltd as a Concessions Manager, and foundational work as a Customer Service Advisor at Marks and Spencer. Lyndsey holds First Class Honours in 3D Design from Plymouth University, complemented by a National Diploma in 3D Design from Plymouth College of Art & Design.
