Eric Henderson

Eric Henderson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in international development and finance. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of XCBG International Development Group, LLC since April 2005, Henderson has demonstrated leadership in the sector. Henderson also serves as a Partner at SALTUS, LLC since 2009, and held various senior roles including Executive Director of Infrastructure Finance for Emerging Markets at SkyPower Global from June 2014 to June 2017. Previous positions include Associate at Nova Capital Partners, Partner at Interlink Capital Strategies, and Country Manager for Latin America at the U.S. Department of Commerce, among others. Henderson's educational background includes multiple degrees from the University of North Texas, as well as a Master's degree from American University in International Relations and Affairs.
