James Radke

James Radke is a seasoned Process Engineer currently at Saltworks Technologies since June 2021. With a diverse background, James has also served as a Maintenance Technician at Radke Bros Construction since May 2011, providing maintenance assistance for residential apartment buildings. Previous experience includes a role as a Researcher at the University of Toronto, where James supported advanced water and wastewater treatment research, and a position as a Field EHS Specialist at Devon Energy, focusing on production optimization and HSE compliance. Additionally, James worked as a Test Engineer at Inventys Thermal Technologies Inc. and as a Process Engineer at Howe Sound Pulp and Paper Corporation. James holds a Master’s of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Advanced Water Treatment from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
