Fernando Jurado Úbeda

Fernando Jurado Úbeda has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Fernando is the founder and director of Sigma Data Services since 2005, a technology-based company that helps businesses automate and optimize their digital marketing processes and sales systems. Fernando specializes in enhancing customer conversion and retention through a combination of digital and physical channels.

In 2020, Fernando took on the role of Director of Innovation at Salucity, a community of healthcare professionals providing personalized healthcare services. Salucity focuses on covering treatments not covered by public or private healthcare systems and also offers corporate wellness and occupational health services.

Fernando also has a background in academia, having served as a professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they are currently on leave.

Prior to their current roles, Fernando held positions such as Director of Operations at Evennial from 2016 to 2020, Project Manager at the Comunidad de Madrid's Department of Education from 2006 to 2007, and Director of Client Services at Experian Marketing Services from 1999 to 2005.

Earlier in their career, Fernando worked as a Consultant in Document Management at Docutex from 1995 to 1999, as well as in roles related to document management and programming at Philips and Documenta Organización from 1989 to 1995 and 1982 to 1989, respectively.

Fernando Jurado Úbeda began their education in 1978 at IES Gran Capitán, where they completed their Bachillerato degree in an unspecified field of study. Fernando then enrolled at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 1982 and graduated in 1988 with a degree in Informática, specializing in engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Fernando obtained the Human-Computer Interaction certification from MIT in June 2013. Additionally, they obtained the CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification from ISACA in January 2005.
