Gerry Duran

Gerry Duran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gerry currently works at Salucro Healthcare Solutions, starting in March 2023 as an Operations Analyst. Prior to this, they held several roles at the same company, including Senior Customer Support Specialist from October 2021 to the present, and Customer Support Specialist from March 2021 to October 2021.

Before joining Salucro Healthcare Solutions, Gerry worked at Randstad USA as a Service Desk Analyst from January 2021 to March 2021. Gerry also gained experience in the sports industry at Spurs Sports & Entertainment, where they served as a Junior Network Administrator from April 2016 to July 2020.

In addition, Gerry worked as a Police Dispatcher at Texas A&M University-San Antonio from October 2015 to April 2016. Gerry also has extensive call center experience, having held various roles at VMC. Gerry was a Call Center Manager from February 2015 to October 2015, a Call Center Specialist from July 2014 to February 2015, and a Call Center Operator from June 2013 to July 2014.

Gerry Duran attended Texas A&M University-San Antonio from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Criminology.
