José Manuel Mendoza

José Manuel Mendoza is an experienced professional in product design and user experience research. Currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Salud Digna since December 2023, José Manuel leads a multidisciplinary team to create exceptional user-centered experiences and aligns design strategies with business goals. Previously, as a Lead UX Researcher, José Manuel integrated user experience research into organizational culture, emphasizing the importance of understanding user needs. With a background as a UX Researcher at Kueski and ConCrédito, José Manuel has executed research projects identifying user needs and market opportunities, while also working on system analysis and design. Earlier roles included software development positions at Coppel SA de CV and Auros. José Manuel holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Culiacán.
