Sheila Schat

Sheila Schat has a diverse professional background, with experience in fund development, communications, music, and community outreach. Sheila currently serves as the Director of Development and Communications at Salud Para La Gente, overseeing fund development and communication activities for a large community health center. Sheila is also the Fund Development Manager at Chime Interactive and a Partner at their nonprofit communications consultancy. Additionally, Sheila is a musician, a founding member of the acoustic duo Dandeline, and has experience in community outreach and audience curation through their work with TEDxSantaCruz. Sheila holds a BA in International Studies and Economics from American University and an MA in Social Science from San Francisco State University.
