Jaclyn Brooks

Jaclyn Brooks has over a decade of experience in healthcare administration and customer service, currently serving as a Coding Specialist and previously as a Solutions Specialist/Reimbursement Specialist at Salud Revenue Partners since August 2011, where responsibilities include medical billing, auditing claims, and staff training. Prior to that, Jaclyn held a supervisory position at Alorica from 2009 to 2011, managing agents and improving employee performance through coaching. Experience also includes an Assistant Manager role at Tractor Supply Company, where Jaclyn enhanced inventory turnover and recruited quality staff, and a Team Leader position at Lowe's Companies, Inc., focusing on customer service and conflict resolution.
