Barbara Kelleter

Barbara Kelleter currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Saluda Medical, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Barbara held various leadership roles at Endologix LLC from October 2013 to August 2023, where responsibilities included directing HR for Europe and managing HR strategies for the development of minimally invasive treatments for vascular diseases. Prior to this, Barbara worked at Essent as an Adviseur Compensation & Benefits and spent eight years at Edwards Lifesciences, where roles included Compensation & Benefits Manager for EMEA. Throughout Barbara's career, there has been a strong focus on HR administration, talent development, and compensation and benefits management across various European regions. Barbara obtained a degree from Hogeschool Den Bosch between 1998 and 2001.
