Hamish Elliot

Hamish Elliot is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently working at Saluda Medical since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing verification and validation activities for an FDA Class 3 active implantable device, performing fault analysis, and developing automation tools for testing and data collection. Previously, from July 2016 to June 2019, Hamish served as a Junior Electrical Engineer, focusing on designing testing protocols and requirements management. An earlier role as an R&D Engineering Intern involved developing next-generation testing apparatus and researching medical device regulatory standards. Hamish also has experience as a High School Certificate Tutor at St Joseph's College and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Research Centre for Integrated Transport Innovation, completing projects related to transportation modeling. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering, both from UNSW.
