James Elkins has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. James began their career in 2007 with the Air National Guard as a Staff Sergeant, where they were responsible for maintaining and operating fuels and cryogenic facilities and equipment. In 2013, they joined IPT Global, LLC as a Field Service Quality Advisor, utilizing software solutions to design and capture digital pressure tests on offshore and onshore installations in the oil and gas industry. James progressively advanced within the company, taking on roles as a Technical Account Representative and later as a Business Development Manager. In 2021, they joined Emerson Automation Solutions as a Strategic Account Executive, providing solutions-based technology and services for the company's Zedi SaaS SCADA Solutions. Currently, James holds the position of Director of Customer Success at Salunda since 2023.

James Elkins holds a Bachelor of Commercial Aviation degree in Aviation Management from Delta State University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including being a Certified Professional Sales Person from the National Association of Sales Professionals in May 2019, and completing the Public Exceptional Presentations course from Baker Communications, Inc. in October 2017.
