Dwayne Mccalman

Dwayne McCalman is the General Manager and Head of Supply Chain at Salus Aviation, a position held since March 2021. Prior to this role, Dwayne McCalman spent over 17 years at Air New Zealand, where various positions included Integrated Management Office Commercial SME, CPFH & Repair Manager, MRP Manager, Inventory Manager, Warranty Manager, and Calibration Team Leader. Throughout this tenure, Dwayne McCalman demonstrated significant expertise in managing aircraft component support contracts, improving supplier performance, and leading diverse teams in inventory management and repair processes. Dwayne McCalman began a career in the Royal New Zealand Navy as a Leading Hand Control Fitter before pursuing education at Manukau Institute of Technology, obtaining a National Diploma in Business Management and a National Certificate in First Line Management.
