Lisa Holland

Lisa Holland is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in people and culture management across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager of People and Capability at Salus Aviation since June 2023, Lisa previously held the position of Head of People and Culture at ABE'S Bagels from March 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles include People and Culture Manager at Airwork (NZ) Ltd - Helicopters, and various positions at Randstad New Zealand, where responsibilities ranged from Human Resources Manager to Operations Manager. Lisa's expertise encompasses strategic HR planning, learning and development, and team leadership. Education was completed at Waikato Diocesan School from 1984 to 1990.
