Janet McAllister

Janet McAllister is an experienced business analyst with a strong background in HR systems and technology solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst for Learning Management Systems and Human Capital Management at The Salvation Army since May 2022, Janet previously worked as an HR Transformation Consultant at LCBO from January 2019 to June 2022. Prior to that, Janet held the position of IT Manager for HR Systems at Rogers Communications from September 2010 to November 2018 and served as a Business Technical Manager at Hewitt Associates between August 2007 and September 2010. Janet began a long career at TD Bank, where from June 1979 to August 2007, the role of Portfolio Manager for Corporate Technology Solutions was fulfilled.
