Marcel Burbach

Marcel Burbach is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at The Salvation Army since November 2020, Marcel leads the full recruiting process and conducts new employee orientations. Previously, Marcel worked at JUMP Bikes as an Operations and Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities included market launch and the development of a comprehensive onboarding process. Prior experience also includes a role as a Human Resources Development Specialist at Securitas, where Marcel revamped compliance standards and designed scalable orientations. Marcel began as a Security Officer and advanced to an On Site Supervisor at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Marcel holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Washington Tacoma and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Seattle Central College.
