Carlos started their career as a Graduate Assistant at Penn State University and was part of the office of Diversity Enhancement. Carlos also worked on a Capstone Project at the Magazine Publishers of America, where they focused on identifying factors contributing to the publishing industry's carbon footprint.

Carlos has a solid background in procurement, facilities management, and operations, with experience in leading strategic initiatives, cost savings, and supplier management.

Carlos P. holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Strategic Leadership from Penn State University, which they earned from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering at Oklahoma State University from 2000 to 2006, earning a BS degree.
