Martina Bottesini has extensive experience in global retail excellence and project management within the luxury fashion industry. Currently serving as the Global Retail Excellence Director at Salvatore Ferragamo since September 2019, Martina previously held various roles at Gucci from September 2013 to August 2019, including Global Retail Project Manager and Global Retail Performance Management Expert. Prior experience includes roles at ITALIANA ASSICURAZIONI and Orienta Spa, focusing on HR management and recruitment. Martina holds an International Executive MBA from POLIMI Graduate School of Management and has completed several prestigious programs, including the Gucci Leadership & Innovation Program. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Economic Behaviours and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychological Sciences and Techniques, complemented by summer studies in project management and organizational behavior at notable institutions.
