Patrizia Michela Giangualano

Patrizia Michela Giangualano is a seasoned governance and sustainability advisor, founding Giangualano and Partners in January 2017. Currently serving on the Advisory Board of UniCredit and participating in ASviS as a member of the "Patto di Milano" for sustainability, Patrizia also holds independent director positions at Saipem and Salvatore Ferragamo. Additionally, Patrizia is involved in various advisory roles, including membership in the Task Force Italia at Accademia Internazionale AiSES and the Scientific Committee of 24ORE Business School, along with a directorial role at Nedcommunity. Patrizia's academic background includes a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from Università Bocconi, completed between 1978 and 1983.
