Benjamin Lewis

Benjamin Lewis has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Manager at Salvatore's Hospitality since August 2018. In this role, Benjamin leads a team of professionals in the formal service of food and beverage while collaborating with operations and support functions to assess business processes. Prior to this, Benjamin held various managerial positions, including Operations Manager at Youngstown Yacht Club, Director of Operations at Deep South Taco, General Manager at Cantina Loco, Bar Manager at Lagerhaus 95, and Restaurant Bar Manager at Brick House Tavern + Tap. Benjamin completed education at Kenmore East Senior High School from 1996 to 2000.
