Wim Pollet's work experience includes various roles in the medical field. Wim is currently serving as the Founder & Chief Medical Officer at Salvia BioElectronics since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a consultant for The eNose Company starting in 2012. From December 2016 to April 2019, they held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Indigo. Before that, they served as the European Medical Director at Sapiens Steering Brain Stimulation from September 2012 to December 2016. Wim also worked at Abbott Vascular as the Director of Medical Education, EMEA from August 2011 to June 2012. From October 2009 to August 2011, they held the role of Director Clinical and Medical Affairs, Neuromodulation, EMEAC at St Jude Medical. Prior to that, they were the Medical Affairs Director for Europe at Medtronic from October 2005 to October 2009. Wim also worked at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as a Medical Advisor for Enbrel Belgium from January 2005 to September 2005, and at Sanofi Pasteur MSD as the Clinical Manager for the North Region and Europe from 2001 to 2004.

Wim Pollet attended KU Leuven from 1989 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Medicine.
