David Swanson

David Swanson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. David most recently worked as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager at Salvin Dental Specialties, Inc. starting in December 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Global Director, Commercial Business at Secant Group, LLC from April 2018 to December 2019.

From November 2010 to March 2018, David held the position of General Manager at Geistlich Pharma AG, where they were responsible for building the North American subsidiary specializing in dental biomaterials. David led various departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and Continuing Education.

Before that, from 2007 to 2010, David worked as the VP of Corporate Accounts & Business Development at Integra LifeSciences Corporation. In this role, they managed corporate merger and acquisition activities and oversaw contracts and sales nationally.

David started their career at Aesculap, Inc. in 1994 and held the position of Vice President Closure Technologies & Canadian Sales. David led sales and marketing activities across the US and Canada and was responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing, and training a sales team.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, management, and leadership in the healthcare industry.

David Swanson has a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Denison University. David also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a focus on Finance & Marketing.
