Brion Deffely

Brion Deffely is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in coating technologies and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Coating Engineer at Salvo Technologies since October 2020, Brion has focused on advancing coating machine upgrades and integrating new machines. Previous roles include Vacuum Deposition Engineer at Mxl Industries Inc, where optical coatings for various applications were developed, and PVD Guru at Ernie Ball Music Man. Brion has held several senior engineering positions, including roles at SHEAUMANN LASER INC., Research Electro-Optics, and TRUMPF North America, contributing to advancements in thin film and optical coatings.
