Neha Arya is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Salvona Technologies since March 2019. Prior to this position, Neha held the title of Human Resources Generalist at Salvona Technologies, and served as the Assistant Director at Lightbridge Academy from April 2014 to December 2018. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a Human Resources Associate at The Arc Middlesex County from April 2011 to April 2014. Neha Arya holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Seton Hall University.
