Lisa Schmidt

Lisa Schmidt is a skilled design and user experience professional with extensive experience in Green Tech products, user-centered design, and research methodologies. Currently serving as Design Lead and Business Developer for Salzburg AG since December 2022, Lisa supports the Digital Business team by creating user-centered product concepts. Prior experience includes a role as User Experience Manager at Red Bull, where Lisa facilitated seamless user experiences through integrative strategy consulting. As a UX Research Consultant at Facit Digital, Lisa managed user research projects and delivered actionable insights. Additionally, expertise includes a research and teaching role at TU Delft, internships in brand management at Beiersdorf, open innovation at HYVE AG, and project management for co-creation platforms. Lisa holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Product Design from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Product Management from Fachhochschule Salzburg.
