Annu Singh

Annu Singh is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in rural development and capacity building. Currently serving as a Salzburg Global Fellow at Salzburg Global Seminar since December 2022, Annu facilitates the Asia Peace Innovators Forum. As State Program Officer at Transform Rural India since April 2020, responsibilities include the universalization of farm livelihoods under the TA-NRLM program. Annu previously held the same title at Transform Rural India from October 2017 to November 2019, focusing on a pilot program for Community Managed Micro Irrigation in Jharkhand. Previous roles also include Senior Associate at I-PAC, contributing to the Bihar Vikas Mission, and participation in the Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellows Scheme within the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. Annu's academic credentials include a Master's in Development Practice from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Ph.D. in Population Education & Rural Development from Lucknow University, among other degrees.
