Michael Braun has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and automotive industry. Michael began their career at Alcoa as a Manufacturing Planning and Engineering Coordinator, where they led a team and coordinated the production of aluminum assemblies. Michael also gained expertise in joining and assembly projects, both in Europe and globally. Following their time at Alcoa, Braun worked at IVM Automotive GmbH as a Teamleader for Lightweight Design, overseeing a team of engineers focused on aluminum design. Michael then joined Cosma International Group, where they served as a Manager of Project Engineering, responsible for manufacturing planning and customer relations for steel-stampings and assemblies.
