Lena Schmidt-Cirkel is an experienced professional in leadership development and organizational consulting with expertise in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. Currently serving in leadership and organizational development at Salzgitter Mannesmann Handel GmbH since March 2018, Lena has previously held key roles in executive recruitment at Parodi & Associates and in leadership development at METRO.
